PURCHASE POLICY

Prior to and as a condition of being able to access and use Giveback Ticket's (“Giveback") website located at https://givebacktickets.com and associated platform (collectively, “Website”), you are required to consent to the terms and conditions of a written agreement (“Agreement”) with Giveback. This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to refunds and returns associated with the access to and use of the Website. This Policy does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of the Agreement, and in the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Policy, the terms of the Agreement shall control.

Purchasing from Giveback

Giveback is acting as an agent to those who organize events, venues, teams, artists and clubs, promoters and leagues (collectively, "Promoters") with and between those who purchase tickets, registrations, sign-ups, services, and products (collectively, "Patrons").

Event Purchases

When purchasing event tickets, registrations, bookings ("Tickets") or other services, you shall take full responsibility for any loss incurred at an event, festival, grounds, or facility to which you are provided access or use. All Giveback purchases are final, except as otherwise provided on the website. Memberships begin when you have acknowledged your consent to and electronically signed the Agreement and have otherwise provided all other information and documents required by Giveback.

Event Cancellations or Changes

In the event that an event promoter or organizer cancels, delays, or significantly changes an event, Giveback will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures. If the event is canceled and you purchased your ticket through givebacktickets.com, you will be automatically issued a refund to the payment method that was used to purchase the ticket(s).

Refusal of admission

Promoters can refuse admission or eject any Patron due to disorderly behavior, or who fails to comply with the rules set out by the Promoter. Breach of Promoter terms, rules, or regulations will terminate the tickets without refund.

Event Refunds and Returns

Please carefully review your purchase before providing payment information. All fees and other amounts paid to Giveback under the Agreement are non-refundable. Returns for Giveback services, products, and apparel, which may include, without limitation, registration fees, tickets, t-shirts, hats, physical equipment, electronic equipment or other physical or tangible products cannot be returned.

Delivery of tickets

Several delivery methods can be used to deliver tickets to Patrons. For security purposes, we can only ship tickets to the billing address on file with the credit card company that is used for your purchase.

The following delivery methods may be offered:

  • Digital and electronic tickets
  • Standard Mail
  • Print-at-Home
  • Will Call

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect either due to an error in the Website or information provided by a promoter, then Giveback has the right to cancel the ticket(s) and issue a refund or a difference for the amount paid.

No cash value

Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Ticket resale

Tickets cannot be resold, canceled, or transfered by the Patron or Promoter without expressly written consent from Giveback Tickets. Giveback does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third party reseller.
