Aerial Yoga and Balancing Oils
We decided to take our yoga and oil practice to the air!
Our workshop will lead through a teamwork practice.
- Reba Malandra will guide you through and alignment based basics Aerial Yoga class, meanwhile...
- Julie Ulmen will be assisting in class and incorporating aromatherapy throughout the practice.
Class will go through different emotions we feel as humans. At the end (the best part), we will go through a guided meditation during our signature Air Savasana pose.
Following aerial yoga, Julie will teach in depth about using essential oils as a natural alternative to balancing emotions and brightening the mood. Learn and experience how to naturally uplift mood, deal with anxiety, and reduce stress!
Our workshop is open to all levels.
