Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking and get ready for class.

There are a few parking spots in the paved parking lot, but the majority of parking is across the street in the gravel by the river. 

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing for dance and movement.

Join guest teacher, Emma Goldman, certified Qoya teacher as you explore what it feels like in your bodies when you, "Go with the Flow." 

What does it feel like when you connect with the fluidity in your body and take that out into your everyday life? 

How does your relationship to your body and your life change?



Qoya classes are based on the idea that
through movement we remember. 
We remember our essence is wise, wild and free.
Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga.
Wild: the creative expression in dance.
Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through feminine movement.


The class is only for WOMEN and is made up of 13 pillars and usually lasts 1.5 hours. The pillars incorporate sensual movement, dance and yoga. How can we use movement as a way to deepen our relationship to ourself. Qoya teaches us how to connect and listen to our bodies in order to begin experiencing life differently! We begin to experience life in a way that’s more in alignment with who we are. We begin to live life more in tune with our Inner Wise Woman and what we truly desire!


Three mottos of Qoya are:

1.) Come as who you are and leave as more of who you are.

2.) It doesn’t matter how it looks, it only matters how it feels.

3.) There is no way to do it wrong, and how you know that you're doing it right is that is feels good in your body.


The other thing I love about Qoya is that during each class there are opportunities to talk with our sisters to build a sense of community!
